I edited the format and words a bit to fit my OC and my taste better. Nothing too drastic except I changed 'contest' to 'formal' since Rue doesn't enter contests...
I rushed the art too much and ended up unconsciously facing most of the angles to the left (because I'm right handed)... ;w; I have been trying to draw this since god knows how long ago and now I finally got the gusto to actually do it. :3
